As the studio projects entered the physical design phase, I would like to re-publish some of my photographs of Renzo Piano's circulation and massing diagrams of LACMA's BCAM addition, which opened recently in our close proximity. As you will notice, the diagrams are quite different as forms, than the finished building. However, they play a major role on the shape of things to follow.
